Osano and Associates worked with Kenya Wildlife Service and developed a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for Kenya Wildlife Service that will act as a road map for guiding the implementation of the Reform Blue Print for KWS with the following. Key Success Factors were: Financial Management Human Resource Management ICT Management Administration and legal issues Research and biodiversity. Among others
KNH - Kenyatta National Hospital
Osano and Associates Developed an ICT strategy for KNH, which was aligned with its business strategy, define and design applications and ICT infrastructure capable of fulfilling the strategic objectives of KNH.
The Kenya National Exams Council and Osano and Associates worked together in reviewing the ICT capacity of the KNEC , its operational systems audit and Development of strategic business plan.
